Welcome to Pan India Transport. By using our website, services, and engaging with our team for relocation or transport needs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

Pan India Transport offers relocation services including house shifting, local and intercity moves, car and bike transport, pet relocation, and office shifting. All services are provided based on prior booking, confirmed dates, and agreed pricing.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • The balance amount is payable before or at the time of delivery.

  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.

  • Invoices will be shared upon request.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled move to avoid charges.

  • Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability and should be communicated in advance.

  • Cancellation after dispatch will result in partial or no refund.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • While we take utmost care during handling and transportation, we recommend opting for transit insurance for high-value items or vehicles.

  • Pan India Transport is not liable for damages caused due to unforeseen events like accidents, natural calamities, or strikes.

  • Any visible damage must be reported at the time of delivery. No claims will be accepted later.

5. Packing and Handling

  • Standard packing materials are included in the quote unless specified otherwise.

  • For premium or fragile items, customized packing will incur additional charges.

  • Client must ensure all valuable personal items (jewelry, documents, cash, etc.) are removed prior to packing.

6. Vehicle Transport

  • Vehicle transport is done through open or closed carriers, as per client request and quotation.

  • Fuel tanks must be nearly empty before handing over the vehicle.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on distance, route, and weather conditions.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

  • Pan India Transport will make all reasonable efforts to deliver on time.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, law enforcement, weather, or other unforeseen events.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any disputes, both parties agree to try resolving them amicably.

  • If unresolved, legal jurisdiction will be under Delhi NCR courts only.

9. Privacy

  • Client information is kept confidential and used only for service-related communication.

  • We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.

10. Updates to Terms

Pan India Transport reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website.
